Gi Bjj intro 10 weeks basics introduction for new student only in a basic understanding and introduktion to bjj and Sping jiu jiusu. If you have none or little to none experience this is the class for you. This class is an awesome way to develop an understanding and build relations with like minded people who whats to explore the art of jiu jitsu. you will get taught the basic moves and how to apply them. We will have a Gi for you to borrow for your trial class.
